How ordering works from Cookeville
- Price it yourself. Use the pricer on this website — pick the size, roof style, colors and doors and watch the price and the drawing change. That price is delivered and installed, not a starting point.
- Send the order. Submit it from the site and the office has it the next business day, or call 606-871-7303 Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 Eastern.
- Pay how you like. In full, or 80% now and 20% at installation. Check, credit card, or rent-to-own with a small down payment and monthly payments.
- We deliver and install. Our crew comes to Cookeville with the building and sets it on your level site or anchors it to your concrete.
Before you pour a pad, call the office for the dimensions. The pad has to match the frame within an inch, and that is a much easier conversation before the concrete than after.

Questions from Putnam County
- Can I pay monthly?
- Rent-to-own is available: a small down payment, then monthly payments. Submit the order with no payment, and the office will call and fill the form out with you. Or pay in full, or 80% now and 20% at installation.
- What colors can I have?
- Premier buildings come in 12 colors at no extra charge, and the roof, trim and walls are each chosen separately. The pricer on this site draws the building in your colors as you pick them.
- How long does the roof last?
- Premier roofing carries a 20-year warranty. Kentucky Farm Style is galvanized, light duty and not certified — the cheaper choice for a shelter you are not closing in.
- Will it stand up to snow?
- Premier buildings are built with welded snow trusses for Kentucky and Tennessee loads. If you want a building you will trust in a heavy wet snow, buy Premier rather than Farm Style.
